Thank you for supporting independent music at VOREO.ES. Because our store specializes in digital products, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and returns.
1. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads (including but not limited to MP3, WAV, and FLAC files) are final. Once a download link has been generated or the file has been accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We only consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:
Technical Issues: If the digital file is corrupted or defective and the issue cannot be resolved after contacting our support team.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital item twice in two separate transactions, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the download link via email or on the confirmation page within 24 hours of purchase (and it is not in your spam folder).
3. Refund Process

Order number
Date of purchase
A brief description of the technical issue or the reason for the request
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
4. Processing Time
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the compatible software and hardware required to play or store the digital files provided. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party media players or devices.
